Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Every tool runs entirely on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to a server or shared with anyone.
Where are my finished files saved?
On iPhone, open the Files app and go to On My iPhone › PDF Workshop. On Android, they are saved in Download/PDF Workshop. You can also find every file in the app's My Files tab and share it from there.
The document scanner doesn't open
The scanner needs camera access. On iPhone, go to Settings › PDF Workshop and turn on Camera. On Android, make sure Google Play services is up to date and you're online the first time you scan.
I can't open a password-protected PDF
Use the Unlock PDF tool and enter the document's password. PDF Workshop can only remove a password you know; it can't recover forgotten passwords.
What does PDF Workshop Premium include? (iPhone)
Premium removes all ads. Every tool stays free with or without Premium. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open PDF Workshop, go to Settings › Premium and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PDF Workshop and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I change how ads use my data?
Yes. On iPhone, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the EU, UK and similar regions you can also open the app's Settings › Ad privacy choices at any time.
